More pharmacists will be giving flu vaccines this year

More pharmacists will be giving flu vaccines this year...most likely in Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, and Ontario.

Some other provinces also have regs in the works to allow pharmacists to give vaccinations. Appropriate training will be required.

Recommend the flu vaccine for people 6 months and older starting now. Explain that protection usually lasts the entire season.
